Pros

People are great and easygoing Monthly department outings builds team spirit Very liberal with flexible work schedule If you are in the right "Clique" there is lots of opportunity to move to management

Cons

Upper management is worthless Products are old Platforms are outdated Raises and promotions seem to be arbitrary and based on whether you hang out with the right people

Cons

Uncertainty Around Full-Time Pipeline Varying Tech Stacks by Team: Because the company encompasses many different product lines and acquired systems, your experience can vary wildly depending on the specific team you land on.
