The company is, somehow, growing. I suppose that might give you some opportunity for advancement.
Cons
In over a twenty year career in IT, the employee review process is the most backward and moronic system I have ever seen. They really took last place here, and I can't really imagine a system that could be worse. They actually call it "The Championship Games"....think Hunger Games, and you'll get a sense of how awful it is.
