This is an international payment processing company so based on your portfolio, holidays may work for you or against you- usually against you because you have to make up 2 day's worth of activity for your time out of the office. -Because this is an international company, you only get 7 national holidays. -The expansion of the company adds to your workload if your team takes over the new portfolio as the company tries its best to avoid creating more positions. -Mid/High employee turnover rate
