Pros

Good benefits, Upper management has a good vision for the company.

Cons

Middle mgmt lacks leadership skills to inspire and lead people or even communicate effectively. Employees are put under tremendous pressure to work 10 to 12 hour days. Middle mgmt. openly displays favoritism based on who they like. None of the departments work well with each other. For example, can't get HR, P/R dept, or even IT department to help.

Cons

Uncertainty Around Full-Time Pipeline Varying Tech Stacks by Team: Because the company encompasses many different product lines and acquired systems, your experience can vary wildly depending on the specific team you land on. Some teams work on cutting-edge, next-gen cloud platforms, while others are tasked with maintaining or upgrading older legacy architectures.
