Business Outlook
Pros
Very comfortable environment (unless you're on the custom team). Dusty (CEO) is uniquely positive and encouraging. Management on the programming side is great (VP, CTO, and team managers), and are trying to go in the right direction architecturally.
Cons
More tech debt than the national debt. Entire codebase is excruciatingly old. Very, very difficult to practice good software development; impossible if developing in their proprietary language. The CTO is the only legitimate software engineer. Entirely coupled to old technology and languages. Expectations of developers abilities are far too low. Pay for developers is quite low.
