Pros

Laid back, management leaves you alone for the most part, you can listen to music with headphones, fun work.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to care that people leave the company and so most people don't get paid what they should be getting paid. It's hard to move up the chain and it's even harder to substantially increase your wages.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Great team in Burlington. Diverse technology portfolio provides endless opportunity to learn.

Cons

Non-revenue support groups have small budgets and are seen as cost-burdens. Raises and promotions are behind the industry.
