      Pros

      People were nice and friendly. Learnt a lot for them and very helpful

      Cons

      1. 4 different CEOs in last 7Yrs 2. Headcount reduction/Re-Org every 2 years 3. Firing good people 4. Finance used to be a very good department with lot of experienced folks, fired good experienced folks for no reason. 5. No Hikes or Bonus once you joined...1% raise on promotion. 6. Merit is 1% or less

      Pros

      Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

      Cons

      There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.
