      Pros

      Malta, NY Fab 8 - Good Food and nice new equipment.

      Cons

      The management are good people as well. However, they sometimes make bad decisions which cost the company money and cause good employees to leave. The training is terrible too. The trainers do not have any patience to train their trainees and they yell at their trainees which makes the trainee frightened to ask questions and cause them to second guess themselves. Frankly, some of the trainers were simply abusive. It's bad business.

      Pros

      Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

      Cons

      There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

      Everyone is willing to help and the training is actually good training

      Cons

      If I didn’t know someone that worked since I was going to overnights I didn’t really meet anyone on my team except my manager once. Also I wouldn’t know who to reach out like manger wise if I didn’t know someone who already worked here
