Management address pay scale - Process Technician GlobalFoundries Employee Review

No pay scale. They need to have a starting rate of pay for all techs from tech to staff tech. As it is now a principal tech can make less than a new hire. We train people that make more than us and are lower ranking. Why have a ranking system if no pay scale?? No reward for hard work
