      Flexible working hours and work from home arrangement Good working environment

      Cons

      Not good if you're a performer but rose from the bottom. Bosses come and go, no long term plan. All looking for short term gains. Company filled with leaders who do not have the understanding of the business and try to implement new things without understanding.
