Pros

In the beginning when the company was launched in 2009 there was a lot of hope and promise. Big dreams and big claims about shaking up the industry and taking on the market leader. There was a ton of investment and the start-up atmosphere was great.

Cons

Too many major changes to the company's vision and focus. The company has seen three CEO transitions since launching in 2009 with lots of turn over within the executive ranks. Shifting goals and priorities created a lot confusion and doubt. Despite claims to the contrary by ownership, the latest CEO seems to have been brought in to sell the company and help get the owners out of a bad investment.

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Everyone is willing to help and the training is actually good training

Cons

If I didn’t know someone that worked since I was going to overnights I didn’t really meet anyone on my team except my manager once. Also I wouldn’t know who to reach out like manger wise if I didn’t know someone who already worked here
