Retaliation and unfair termination - Equipment Engineer GlobalFoundries Employee Review

My experience at GlobalFoundries was deeply disappointing and unjust. I was unfairly targeted and retaliated against for not discussing a personal incident outside of work, which was none of their concern. As a salaried employee, I consistently worked extra hours and weekends, yet my manager issued corrective actions for minor schedule issues like arriving a few minutes late. HR and Employee Relations failed to address the retaliation, which was not only discriminatory but also racially motivated, creating a hostile work environment. This treatment ultimately led to my wrongful termination. The company’s lack of fairness, respect, and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious of their toxic, retaliatory, and racist work culture.
