The mentorship during my internship was top-notch, providing me with the skills and confidence to transition into a full-time role seamlessly. Over time, I worked my way up to a Senior Engineer position, thanks to the company's emphasis on professional development and growth. Most recently, I was promoted to Principal Engineer, and I can genuinely say that this company rewards hard work, dedication and willingness to learn. The leadership team here is approachable and transparent, creating a work culture of trust and collaboration. Work life balance is well-maintained as well. I feel incredibly fortunate to have started my career with GlobalFoundries. This company has been instrumental in shaping my career and I am excited about what lies ahead.
