Pros
-A good place for beginners to start their careers and gain practical experience. -Most of the people you work with are skilled professionals, although this can vary depending on the project. -The company provides paid vacation, health insurance, and other standard employee benefits.
Cons
-Compensation reviews have not been conducted regularly for more than five years. In the few cases where individual contributors received a salary increase, the percentage was very small and did not even keep up with inflation. -Promotions, for example from Middle to Senior Developer, do not come with any meaningful compensation adjustment. -The company removed reimbursement for professional development, including books, courses, and training, even though the previous allowance was already quite limited. -Management does not appear to listen to employee feedback(although they occasionally conduct company-wide surveys, but it's useless). It often feels as though the priority is to get as much work as possible from employees rather than support their long-term growth and retention. -Senior management seems disconnected from the day-to-day realities and concerns of regular employees.
