Pros
The company cares about their employees. We have a gym being built, have a cafe with Starbucks and a free clinic for employees! I've never worked for a company that provided any of these for their employees along with fun events. Our execs have Town Halls regularly so we are kept in the loop on everything that is going on as well as showing us our numbers so we can see how our hard work is paying off. We have company holiday parties on site and off, Halloween potluck with costume and cube contests, Thanksgiving festivities, GTZ Olympics and much more! We work hard and have fun while doing it. Management has goals for each finance team where we meet weekly to hear how each team is doing and cheer everyone on, this includes healthy competition for some extra fun! People who work hard and want to move up get recognized and promoted either within the same department or across other departments. Highly recommend! Oh, did I mention how beautiful the building is?? Pallet wall, tire chandelier, new modern furniture/seating areas and motivating quotes on the wall.
Cons
For some, being busy all day every day can be a con. I enjoy it, the day goes by so fast. I put this as a possible con for some that are reviewing these so they know because if you don't enjoy being busy all day, this is not the company for you because we are constantly growing.
