We appreciate your candid feedback related to medical/FMLA leave and employee pay. We want to assure you that we take medical leave very seriously. We do our best to accommodate employees while on leave and, support them as they reinstate into their position.
Employee salaries are a critical element to our business as it impacts the overall employee experience and company success.
