      Great and knowledgable management and leadership. Awesome training, even for someone with no experience. Great pay and benefits. Freedom to do your job on your time (as long as you meet your goals). Constant atmosphere of learning, growth, and positivity.

      Cons

      Must be self managed, not for someone who has trouble on their own.
