      Potential opportunity to make money.

      Cons

      Employer is looking for individuals to bring their book of business and expected to start making them money right away. Not really invested in the employees 6 people including me were let go in less than 1 year. CEO should advise upfront that its a family business before bringing one on board. Blood is thicker than water and you will loose.
