everything about this place is a joke unless youre a very good looking female that is willing to sleep with someone in upper management then you've got it made. They pretty much set you up for failure from day one with very poor training and youre told to ask for help when you get stuck but when you do you are told they are too busy and to ask someone else and never do they take the time to even glance at you.
