Pros
-Back in the day, there was so much excitement. The Leto brothers created something beautiful. Some of that is still there in very small pockets -Decent benefits -Remote work was great -Opportunity for promotion is there if you bust your butt
Cons
-I was drastically underpaid and overworked -Growth meant more profit for the company or more work for me, but didn't see much growth in my bank account -GTZ became "the man". Stiff, soulless, dry. Not because of worldwide but partly so. The magic is gone
