Everyone but the executives have been held accountable for the company's lack of direction and poor performance. No one believes anything that's said by our senior leader. Trust has been eroded ever since they laid off many long term employees without reducing a single VP or manager role. Where is the accountability with all those large bonuses and senior roles?
