Here is how the payscale works. You start at $12/hr which is decent. But after 3 months it goes down to $7.75/hr minimum. The thinking is you'll complete enough calls (none of which are unsolicited, which is great) - to exceed that new hourly rate. But it's tough from March - August. Nobody is thinking about buying covg during that time. So understand - it won't always be $12/hr. Sometimes you'll make more - sometimes you'll make less. You can never guarantee on a certain amt each pay. No online training but the initial supervisor classes are great and they know their stuff. Group supervisors are supportive.
Dual-screen monitors are low-res (not even 1024X768). They're almost square. Computers are at a minimum 5 yrs old and slow. This is the same company that just bought a new ballpark for the Rangers - it's not like they can't afford to upgrade the hardware.
