      Pros

      the work life balance was nice; however it doesn't make up for the abusive work culture and unprofessional methods of communication.

      Cons

      the managers were verbally abusive towards their employees and towards eachother. Professionalism is not commonplace in their LA office.

      Cons

      Recruiting can be fast-paced at times, especially during periods of growth, but leadership provides the resources and support needed to be successful.
