Pros

Work from home- that’s it.

Cons

Management isn’t helpful at all, they don’t answer questions when you’re in training still. You get in trouble for every single little thing, they don’t even want you going to the bathroom. Most stressful job I’ve ever had, and they DO NOT PAY ENOUGH FOR ALL YOU DO.

Cons

Recruiting can be fast-paced at times, especially during periods of growth, but leadership provides the resources and support needed to be successful.
