Pros

*Great benefits * training *provided assistance in obtaining my insurance license *company resources

Cons

*favored tenured reps in a way that made making a decent living hard to achieve *only counted the insurance application not taking into consideration the volume, so a true top rep, bringing in more revenue for the company would not be compensated as much as a rep that just brought in less revenue but a couple more applications. *very staunch on timeclock, helping customers over your scheduled shift should never be punished nor should be taking a bathroom break not on your assigned time, your bladder does not go by a timeclock! *might have just been due to covid times, but lack of support from anyone for questions being answered. General opinion was hang up on customer, don't waste your time and move on to the next paying one!

They had a benefits package. They had some company competitions

Cons

Vague management. Target individuals if results are not made even though it’s vague.
