      Pros

      The people for the most part are great. There are some very friendly people. There is a pension if you make it 5 years.

      Cons

      Making it 5 years. Our department has high turn over. The technology is very old with no clear decision on which way to go. None stop projects. No accountability. Delusional goals and how to accomplish things. No free thought have to agree with everything. If you speak up they either ignore you or discipline you.
