Pros

Company provides all equipment, paid training paid holidays and personal and sick time as well. 401k health and dental insurance and more. Work from the comfort of my home in my jammies. Never had a single problem with one of my coworkers. Room to grow and Globe Life strongly believes in giving back so there's a lot of opportunities here. Christmas bonuses, scholarships for employees children. Very positive atmosphere with coworkers uplifting and encouraging.

Cons

Pay is good but it could be better. Bi-weekly pay, Promotions or annually. 30 minute lunches seem to go too fast. The customers can be quite rude and sometimes it can be quite stressful dealing with some of them but the good outweighs the bad on that.
