Management does not take misconduct seriously - Customer Service Glu Mobile Employee Review

Extremely toxic workplace. "Bro" mentality is full tilt, and fosters a very misogynistic environment. When men are called out on sexism, inappropriate jokes, etc., the victim is told to "chill out" and not take everything "so seriously." Management has been made aware of these problem numerous times, and has still yet to do anything. You would think more remote work would mean less offenses, but the jokes and harassment have just moved to digital platforms and are happening even in virtual meetings. I have tried to screenshot things, only to have the screenshots deleted and the messaged deleted. IT has obviously been instructed to sweep this under the rug. Wouldn't it be easier to just get rid of the biggest offenders? Really awful workplace, and I also suspect that they are engaging in illegal activity. I've heard rumors that developers have backdoored some root access and have been able to snoop around on people's phones, among other things.
