Cons
Glu pays all their employees far less than their competitors. This is the only company I've ever worked at where they invite you to a happy hour where you must buy your own drinks. If you are not buddies with someone in management or part of "a click", you will be miserable here. SF office is extremely top heavy in management and no one is held accountable for their mistakes. Managers often take the credit of the employees working under them, giving them little to no praise. People in Tech Services and QA are regularly expected to do the work of 2-3 employees while working overtime almost daily. They have an employee review process twice a year, but it seems to have no reflection on an employee's longevity with the company as many good employees are often fired or a product of layoffs.
