Pros

Good health insurance and benefits package, everyone is very nice and there are opportunities to work from home, depending on the contract.

Cons

It's in Warminster, PA, and location is everything. They provide services to Moorestown, NJ and across the country but for some reason they are not really near any of their clients.

- Strong base salary / benefits, at least for junior positions - Flexible WFH environment, mostly good WLB - Respectful team members - Flexible management

Cons

- Asides from reimbursed certificate trainings, not a lot of strong growth opportunities. - Occasional and stressful crunch as deadlines approach
