Pros
As a rising high school senior in Gnostech's internship program, I was given a programming project that was both challenging and rewarding to complete. Over the course of the 10-week program I developed this project under the supervision of helpful, experienced, and dedicated mentors and Gnostech staff. The program nurtured the development of my programming, social, and problem-solving skills. It gave me a taste of the professional work environment by encouraging teamwork, careful programming practice, and receiving assistance from peers and professionals alike. The program wasn't too strenuous on my busy summer schedule either, as it was a 3-day work week.
Cons
The Warminster location was far from my place of residence, but that is just a personal con. The surrounding streets can get very busy and slow.
