Pros

Good managers but corporate should make the people above them work a little bit more, they do all the work while the people above them gets all the money sitting at a office.

Cons

The pay is not good if you don’t make the company goals every month. No personal time, you will find yourself working a lot of overtime HR don’t care about their employees, don’t ask for days off or anything related. You don’t get set days off, you can’t plan anything because you may end up working that day.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. I can promise you, we in HR do care very much as we are employees too. In fact, we have made significant updates to our time off programs and benefits effective 1/1/22 to increase vacation time, etc. If you could let us know what location you are in, we can work with your Manager on schedules as they are to be set one to two weeks in advance.

I LOVE working for Go Rentals. I am learning and have been able to develop by service and sales skills. You meet amazing people in a luxury environment with opportunities to grow.

So far everything is going well for me. It's what I expected and what was explained during the interview process.

Pros

1. Deal/ interact with different people across multiple industries 2. Able to interact/ drive vehicles

Cons

1. No one in management cares about employees physical and mental state. 2. Management will gaslight you on a daily basis to emotionally abuse you to cope with their own insecurities. 3. You feel like there is no work life balance due to the natural of the job. 4. The culture of this company used to be good but turned terrible now. I mean like into the terrible side due to HR standards shoved down your throat just to make your work life miserable with extra hoops of work that accomplish absolutely nothing. 5. Any outstanding team members' credit are taken from the management team on a daily basis 6. You spend half of your time correcting your management team and team's mistakes so mediocre people will thrive here. If you like to accomplish anything and or be efficient when you work stay away from this company. They will waste your precious time. Save your sanity. 7. Management will judge you place you where you're suppose to be at based on ethnicity alone people can argue this.
