Pros
I love building customer relationships with people and believe in the product we sell. I feel like we are selling a great product that I would / do buy , not a cheap useless product that they don't need/ wouldn't even want they I am forcing upon them. I have Passion for this store and the people who shop there and for the most part enjoy going to my job everyday, it makes me want to have a business of my own.
Cons
After years of working for this company , with little to no appreciation for the effort and energy I'm trying to bring to it, or room for advancement or growth it is starting to drain me of my passion and make me not care. ( Ineffective communication on all levels, disregard for employees needs, general lack of care , sometimes negative work environment), I'm only still here for the customers.
