Pros
There was non, they just use people to make them money. basically slaving you before xmas because they know they can lie to u to begin with and make it sound like a good opportunity.
Cons
they stole my pay and deposit and refuse to proof why they are taking workers last pay for their mistakes. Has the worst management, also there is no communication between head office and stuff. they will dismiss anything they can't answer. they lie to you about the amount of work and hours you have to put through. they use people to make them money and any discrepancies will fall on the licensee regardless where the problem was it will come off the commission pay that you worked over 60 hours a week and get paid minimal wage. expect you to do all the work, expect you to hire people they dont fund for bumb in and out days, they are the worse company I have ever worked with, they are just a cooperate sell out that only cares about money and they don't care as long as they got extra money off you. Never apply for their jobs unless you want to be used.
