Pros

Love the customers and the product. It's such a fun job to work at if you enjoy what you're selling.

Cons

The company itself is okay. They don't seem to understand what it's actually like to work in a retail store so they have policies that aren't really possible in a retail environment. A lot of favoritism to employees with seniority even if they aren't actually good at their job

Management is terrible at communicating Management does not care for their employees though they tend to fake it Lots of backstabbers when it comes to management and the head of HR
