Very unprepared, inflexible, directionless and random. Almost a joke. You’d think with 4 interviews of fluff, this department would be legit. Training was practically non-existent with ridiculous specious protocol. I’ll give benefit of the doubt with the merger. Did not want to see where the rest of that was headed. Best of luck.
