Pros

Short wait time and I liked my coworkers. Management and HR was disastrous, though.

Cons

Management was not great. Whether it is the ROM or the OSM, some severely lacked in truthful and helpful communication. A motivational quote won’t fix our problems and questions! There have been lots of lay offs and firing of great employees for no valid reasons. If you work here, don’t expect it to be long term. Coworkers were amazing but management was messy and stressful

Great team culture with supportive colleagues and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. I appreciate the autonomy in my role and the ability to partner closely with leaders across a variety of functions. The work is fast-paced, engaging, and rewarding, and I have felt trusted and supported in my role. Leadership is committed to providing quality care and fostering a positive employee experience. Overall, it has been a great place to grow professionally and contribute to a mission-driven org.

As with any growing organization, some processes could be streamlined, but overall it has been a positive place to grow professionally.
