Flight Attendant - Flight Attendant GoJet Airlines Employee Review

Management likes to use scare tactics and threats of firing to attempt to control employees. Training department was disorganized and ineffective. We were hired and told training was 5-6 weeks and turned out to be almost 9 weeks. My flight attendant training class started with 44 people, only 24 graduated and another 4 failed their initial operating experience and were let go. Proceed with caution in accepting a position in a training class, have a back up plan!
