They started in 2005 and still have not found a good flow. They do not care about their flight attendants and the turn around is horrible. Instead of talking to employees and helping them become better at their jobs, you will be fired. Someone could create a rumor about you and you will be let go for it. Pay is horrible and there is no pay protection if flights are cancelled because of weather or maintenance. This is a stepping stone company. They know it so they treat you that way.
