Many of the flight attendants are good people and honest workers. Insurance benefits are decent.
Cons
Training involves threats, humiliation and fear. You are also left in a room for several hours at a time with no instruction. Questions are not allowed and all you do is read out loud from a tablet all day. They do mass hiring events and they hire everyone that applies then management picks them off one-by-one every day and fire them until there are only a handful left. Flight attendants and trainees are treated as disposable objects with a complete lack of respect or care for the safety of their employees and trainees. They place their trainees in deplorable hotels for more than six weeks and make them share hotel rooms during a pandemic. There are no covid restrictions and substandard health regulations. These concerns are repeatedly ignored by employees and trainees.
