Cons
In-flight management team is less than honesty about job conditions. One could think you are doing a great job for the passengers but find out managers would not support or back you up if a station manager wanted you to violate policy to accommodate passengers. Manager seem to invent policy to get rid of people they don't like. You could be employee of the month one month and be fired the next month or two. Managers often had verbal information out that would keep flight attendants on edges and feel like they were walking on egg shells because something as small as having a button fall off your uniform could be grounds to find you out of uniform and grounds to fire you.
