Very low paid Managers fail miserably at communicating and therefore, employees struggle with instructions. Managers take credit for employees' work and there are no benefits. Highly chaotic fail of a system. Overload of work without any systematic way of assigning it. Expect too much and pay too little. I definitely do not recommend working there especially for the Bahrain branch.
