-Once you say your preferred salary, they don't comment and continue with the interviews until getting accepted and then giving you literally 50% of the min. excepted salary you mentioned, so you have to negotiate to make it 80% of the min. or else they will check another agent with less offer. -They refused to raise salaries after the inflation. -They're foreigners, they don't respect any other region and under-estimate the others. -Want to convince us that we don't have to stick to the contracts with our partners or the spaces we're renting, we can make the payments late to pressure on them to deliver their job earlier. - They can fire you on-spot and with no notice period, and for no reason at all. -You've to say "Yes" and "Good", or else, you won't be a friend and no place for you there.
