Pros

They offer free lunches for holiday celebrations

Cons

Worst job I’ve ever had. Departments are mismanaged and fighting with each other all the time. Very little training and huge workload imbalances between people. It is a high stress environment among workers so the culture is very toxic. A few nice people but mostly rude employees and terrible management. They pretend to care but can’t even pay everyone fairly or listen to complaints to fix our jobs. Tons of favoritism, if you love to gossip, brown nose management and backstab coworkers to get ahead this job is for you

Pros

GS Food Group is an incredible organization that truly values its employees and fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee success. The company is dedicated to growth, both as a business and in terms of its employees' professional development, offering numerous opportunities for career advancement and training. The culture is inclusive, innovative, and team-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service to clients and customers. Employees are empowered to take ownership of their roles, and good work is consistently recognized and rewarded.

Cons

As with any rapidly growing company, there can be challenges in balancing priorities and navigating the fast pace of change. However, the management team actively works to address these areas and seeks feedback from employees to improve processes.
