Pros

Holiday Pay and paid lunches. The coworkers are wonderful people to work with.

Cons

Managament is disorganized, they don't know anything that they're doing and they overwork and underpay you. You have a director that overshares inapporpriate things about their personal life, another director who has no role but just asks the same questions over an over again. The vp of purchasing is so small minded that they have a mindset of the 1940's. The vp does not support the team and if they don't like you because you point out the obvious they will work to get rid of you. You have to be a person who's favorited by them otherwise just doing your job will get you no where. The supervisor is always timing breaks including bathroom breaks which is illegal and listening in on conversations. The entire management team is always gossiping and speaking inapproporiate things about the employees and you can hear them from far away. In fact, they're always giving directions that they're unable to follow through on and create a lot of redundancy. There is absolutely no growth in this department. If you want to move make sure to buy starbucks everyday for management because they will work you less and promote you faster. Work at Gold Star if you want to be overworked, underpaid and micromanaged. Instead of a raise they will give you a five dollar starbucks gift card.
