Pros
Good benefits and a busy work environment that makes the days fly by. The office workers there are friendly and willing to help teach you how to perform different aspects of the job.
Cons
Middle management is engaged in a constant power struggle. I was hired being told that I could develop a process and that my opinion would be valued and instead my ideas were taken as criticism and threats. Middle management is EXTREMELY under qualified and unwilling to take practical advice from the people with the hands on experience. Processes are constantly changing with no sense of direction and employee turnover is extremely high.
