Cons
Executive leaders need to exit, they make decisions that are holding the organization back and choose partners that can not deliver on contract terms. CEO does not empower employee and does not want to hold vendors accountable. She is not willing to move to other vendors that can scale and grow the organization. Blame errors on staff not being in the office instead of the old clunky technology stack and practices that have been haphazardly thrown together to meet an arbitrary deliver date, instead of doing this right the first time with quality in mind. The burden gets placed on IT to fill the gaps and burning out staff who have to fight for pay raises and to work remotely which has become a standard. This is a VERY low trust high verify culture, where Team members including leaders are not trusted and empowered to do their jobs and require multiple layers for approvals for nearly everything.
