Good money the money is the only thing that really he's kept me working now I'm getting less than 20 hours a week when I used to work for 38 - 45 hours a week all because I had an accident

Management does not communicate with employees they hire people to do one job and then decide that they want to use them in other way they also punish those that have accidents in the workplace
