Pros
If you are attractive, you get treated better A lot of the servers had a low turn over rate Well tipped once you get it down
Cons
Basically high school but in the workforce Management took advantage of my high motivation and work ethic to schedule me to death Will purposely keep your hours low just enough to work you but not enough for benefits As long as their are tables, there are no breaks. God forbid if you take a 30 min lunch break for working 12 hours. Working as a cashier, management wouldn’t let me have breaks since I was the only one up front.
