Pros
Easy job, basic duties: replenish customers drinks, buss and maintain your section throughout your shift, help keep the drink station clean and ice stocked and end the shift with your side work. (restock, floors, ice, etc) The tips add up quickly, just remember if you walked into work with $0 and left with $10 in tips, you still walked out with more than you came in with. Not really demanding, 16 and up can manage this.
Cons
Slow days, management splitting your party up with another server (payout will split, granted you receive a tip), reserving your section for a party that is hours out which interferes with your earnings for the day, customers not tipping.
